Below are the new ACC rules and regulations.  Please refer to the rules before making any exterior changes. All exterior changes require ACC approval.  Contact Cardinal Management for a Request for Change form, submit and wait for approval prior to beginning work.  Fines will be imposed for all work begun without ACC approval.
