Parking Rules Reinstated after Snow
Posted on Feb 4th, 2016
Effective immediately, the Parking Committee and TOSCA Board will once again reinstate the Parking Rules and Regulations Standards.
The parking restrictions were lifted due to the enormous amount of snow we received and the difficulty homeowners abd residents were experiencing in parking during the plowing and  the snow removal.
Effective immediately, NO Homeowner or Resident is allowed to park in Visitors space at any time. If you park in an open space, you must move your car every two days to another location.  Any violations to the above Bylaws Standards will result in ticketing (warning) and possible towing should the violations continue.
Thank you for complying with the TOSCA Bylaws and Standards.

FREE Applicance Disposal
Posted on Jun 1st, 2015
If you are disposing of a refrigerator, washer, dryer, water heater, diswasher or scrap metal, please call Mr. Gray at 571-241-6772 for a FREE pick up.
Please help TOSCA save money!!  American Disposal WILL NOT take these items and homeowners just leave them sitting at the curb until TOSCA pays for a special pickup.  This is NOT okay.  It is costing TOSCA large sums of money each year to dispose of such items, not to mention trash and recycling that gets blown around the neighborhood because they are not put out in secured bags/cans.  PLease help keep this extra expense down by calling Mr. Gray.  He is more than happy to pick up your items.
Thank you!!!
