SPEED BUMPS INSTALLED
Posted on Aug 21, 2010 Comments (0)
Two speed bumps were installed on Sleepy View Lane in August. These bumps were in response to home owners complaints of speeding vehicles.
We ask everyone to please drive slowly through our community. (Our bylaws state the community speed limit has 10 mph). Other speed bumps will be installed with future repaving project.
For everyone's safety and the health of your auto be aware of these new speed bumps. Thank You

Can You Spare a Little Water?
Posted on Jul 20, 2010 Comments (0)
Our community needs immediate help in watering the 175 new plants that were planted this summer. If your home is near any of these new plants, please help improve our community by watering frequently. We have only a handful of volunteers attending the entire TOSCA common grounds. The recent hot and dry weather has damaged many of our plants. Please be the unsung hero by helping out. Thank You

Revoked Parking
Posted on Mar 16, 2010 Comments (0)
The board is aggressively pursuing non-payment of H.O.A. fees and A.C.C. violators by revoking parking spaces. This is proving to be more effective and less costly to our community. We currently have volunteers enforcing our policy. We are targeting spaces and vehicles. If you park in the revoked spaces or are on the list due to non-payment or violations, you will be towed.
If you have completed your repairs or have paid up your account, you must call Cardinal Management to have your parking re-instated.

Feral Cats
Posted on Nov 17, 2009 Comments (0)
The townhouse community has inherited some feral cats recently. Feral cats are cats who have grown up and live in the wild and these cats have lost their wooded home due to the major construction along Rolling Road.
There is a small group of concerned people in the community who are working to sustain the cats until they can be helped on a permanent basis. The health of these cats has improved immensely and we are hopeful to follow up with immunizations, spay/neuter and shelter. Animal Control is giving advice and assistance.
Neighbors be advised:
Do NOT put out poison or anything that may be harmful to any pet or creature!
Should you wish to help out so as to remedy this situation even faster, please go to our website and email us: townhousesofsaratoga.com. Your contact information will be passed on to those leading this effort.
