Residents parking in spaces assigned to vacant homes, may be subject to towing if the vacant unit has violations or unpaid fees, even if permission has been granted.
Residents PARK AT THEIR OWN RISK if they choose to park in spaces other than those assigned to their own unit. Residents should park ONLY in their 2 assigned spaces or on the public street.
